Sheilynne Delgado was born in Puerto Rico. At age ten her family came to the United States, settling in the great city of New York. Being fluent in both Spanish and English, Sheilynne had an advantage when it came to communicating with people. She attended Fordham University and graduated with dual majors in Sociology and Finance. Business became Sheilynne’s passion. Her eventual experience in the mortgage industry became a natural path into the world of real estate for Sheilynne.

Now with twelve years of experience in real estate, Sheilynne is a force to be reckoned with. Finding a home for a client is second nature for her. She lives for the challenge of finding the ideal home for her client. Sheilynne’s love for the city drives her to keep up with new developments that are always popping up in New York City. She is especially knowledgeable about Tribeca, SoHo, Battery Park City and the financial district.

Sheilynne’s education in finance and her prior experience in the mortgage industry has sharpened her real estate skills, making her a dynamic negotiator. She is known for creating bidding wars for her sellers and winning them for her buyers.
